A: The price is negotiable. It can be changed according to your quantity, when you are king an inquiry, pls let's know the quantity you want,  so we can make the best quote.

Q: 2.How long can get quotation from you after sent inquiry?

A: Within 2 hours for working day you will get the contacts by our sales manager.

And within 24 hours for night time, weekend or holidays you will get a reply.

Q: 3.Do you offer sample?

A: We offer sample for consumables (blade, stone, bristle).

And for other metal Parts, they are standard size and not offer sample, but they guaranteed by After-sales service, and we appreciated for small trial order for quality test.

Q: 4. How do you ship the sample?

A: We usually ship by customer's account of DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT.

If customer does not have courier A/C, we can help him/her by courier agent service which costs much lower than official courier. That is, customer pay us courier charge first, we pay it to courier agent. 

Q: 5.How long can get the goods after payment?

A: Most of the normal items we have stock here and can ship at the same day received payment. When we make quotation to you, you can easily check the leading time for each item too. 

Q: 6. What about the warranty of the goods?

A: We are very confident in our products, and we pack them very well, so usually you will receive your order in good condition, but if any quality problem about our items, we will deal it at our side once get your feedback, if confirmed it's our problem, we will replace a new one for you.

Small package under 40 kgs will ship via international courier: DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS etc.
